Who we are

We believe that anyone has the potential to develop into a great leader, and great leaders – they change lives. I work with a network of leadership consultants in Europe and Asia that share the same mission. Together, we deliver high impact outcomes in talent development and assessment, leadership coaching, and team effectiveness topics.

About Me

Alison lee jy

I am passionate about helping first time leaders achieve their potential. As an entrepreneur and a former young business leader myself, I understand the anxieties, challenges and desires of young leaders to learn enough to run their companies, push business development, manage clients and investors, and on top of that deliver valuable products and services to the world.

It is a lot to handle, but the most successful leaders don’t do it alone. They build a powerful team with diverse skill sets fiercely aligned to their goals. I support founding teams, Startup accelerators and venture capital investors to assess and do targeted development on their teams. The outcome? Self-aware, continuously learning teams that are aligned on how they want to work, and what they want to achieve.

My experience spans both internal HR leadership and external consulting, with a specialization in the healthcare and tech industries. I have worked alongside leaders to develop and implement talent acquisition frameworks, talent assessment programs, and team focused leadership development initiatives on a global scale.

I am bilingual in English and Chinese (Pu Tong Hua). I have worked globally with a focus on Europe, China and Emerging Markets (LATAM, Eastern Europe, SEA).

Michael Taylor

Michael is a co-founder of Fugu, a leadership consulting company. He is an Industrial Organizational psychologist with the I/O branch of the American Psychological Association that is passionate about long term impact in leadership development initiatives.

As a business leader himself, he has experienced first-hand what it’s like to attend leadership programs and the subsequent challenge of actually doing something with what he has learned. His challenges as a participant of leadership development, combined with his experience of the demands placed on leaders, have greatly shaped his approach to development.

By emphasizing the specific demands of the role and industry of the leader, he ensure leaders practice behaviors relevant to their unique context.

He also believes that a leaders’ willingness and ability to change is not enough – companies also need to embrace new ways of working. Therefore, he also works with business leaders to understand and overcome the obstacles to reaching their leadership development goals.
